Social Media case study a cosmetic surgery business

Objective

To establish and manage existing social media pages in liaison with the Karidis marketing and PR team. Specifically we were tasked with raising brand awareness, gaining more followers and increasing engagement with online users, existing partners, clients and potential customers.

Approach

We instigated monthly face-to-face meetings and constant communication via email with Karidis, to keep up-to-date with the the brand's editorials, TV appearances, events, and new product launch, translating the activity across daily social media activity and live real time tweets. We also created a content strategy to work across multi-platforms, so that both SEO and social media would work in unison.

Results

Since the start of our social media campaign, Mr. Alex Karidis and the Karidis business has seen a growing population of followers and user engagement, including an increase in regular visits to both its website and clinics.
